Black Marquina Marble
The Black Marquina marble is a black natural stone with a distinctive white veining pattern, compact and fine-grained. Color variations depend on the intensity of black color and abundance of grain and white fossil . It could move from an almost absolute black color until another abounding white veining. It is extracted mainly in Marquina, a town from which it takes its name in the province of Vizcaya ( Spain ).
It is a black marble reference being considered one of the most important in this color worldwide. It has multiple applications :for indoors and outdoors floors, for stairs and for coatings. It is usualy found in indoor decorations like fireplaces, diverse furniture, bathroom design and kitchen countertops and much more.
It could be used alone or combined with other natural stones with lighter shade like the white color and it accepts any type of finishing.
